Action Required: Employer Portal Login Changes Effective July 25, 2026
Beginning July 25, 2026, Employer Portal users will access the portal through a new login experience.

What's changing?

• Employer Portal access will move to a new login experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced account security.
• Your Login ID (email address) and password will remain the same.
• Login through secure.rsli.com will no longer be available.
• New self-service capabilities will include password reset and account unlock.

Annuity Agents – ACTION REQUIRED after May 29!
After May 29, Annuity Agents and Business Partners will need to login at: https://retirementservices.rsli.com/dashboard. Users can also login by visiting https://www.reliancestandardlife.com/, and selecting “Agent Login” after May 29. Login IDs (email) and Passwords will remain the same, but will no longer work for this login page. Please take a moment to bookmark the new login page for annuity agent users: https://retirementservices.rsli.com/dashboard.

Annuity Agents and Business Partners will have the ability to self-register after May 29, and will have greater self-service capabilities. As part of our commitment to you and your clients’ security, we will also be introducing multi-factor authentication (MFA) upon login.
